Blue Funky Eyes Contact Lenses

As any comic fan knows, summer 2011 is shaping up to be an awesome time for superhero movies. Out on the 3rd of June is X Men: First Class, a reboot that takes us back to the very beginning of the X Men. Set in the sixties, it shows us how Professor X and Magneto worked together to find some of the best loved X Men. Before falling out and becoming sworn enemies for all time of course… The trailer looks awesome and Marvel has also released a bunch of character trailers that shed more light on some of your favourite X Men.

Mystique Yellow Contacts

First up is Mystique, one of the most enduring X Men baddies. In X Men: First Class, Mystique hasn’t quite discovered her evil streak and works alongside the other X Men as she develops her powers. Her look is pretty similar to in the Bryan Singer X Men trilogy, with textured blue skin, auburn hair and yellow contact lenses. The grown-up Mystique is played by Jennifer Lawrence but the clearest image I could find shows her as a child. To recreate this look I recommend our Avatar Contact Lenses.
